"I was born in Tulsa, 1958. My father was Jeff Parks, born in Avant, OK (1929-2002) oldest son of Hazel and Herb Parks. Herb and Hazel Parks had 5 kids, all born in Avant. Jeff, Lee, Darlene, & J.R. were born at the old home place by the Swingin' Bridge over Bird Creek. Only the youngest, Betty Jane, was born in a hospital (b.1946). Dierks Lumber Co. & Clebit, OK
