WWII POW's List In Oklahoma

"In response to reading an article which included the link to send you an email, I am writing requesting help in researching information on my wife’s father, Wili Dombrowsky, who was a POW in Oklahoma during the war. We could provide his date of birth and possibly the camp where he was interned.
