"Mr. and Mrs. Rex Davis and Janice were Friday evening guests of Mr. and Mrs. Billy Wayne Whittet.

Mr. and Mrs. Alden Elliott and Marva Lee spent Saturday evening with Mr. and Mrs. Charley Elliott.

Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Baker and Audrey were Sunday afternoon callers in the B. C. Law home at Alva.

Mrs. Louise Hiatt of Alva and Mrs. Dubois of Forgan were Sunday afternoon callers of Mr. and Mrs. Charley Elliott.

Mrs. Dana Miller of Oakland, California is visiting her mother Mrs. Henry Smith at Alva and her sister Mrs. Jim Sweeney and family.

Mr. and Mrs. Earl Sweeney spent Monday evening with Mr. and Mrs. John Newsum and Max.

Arthur Dawson and the boys were Sunday afternoon visiters in the M. L. Sweeney home.

Mrs. Lee Davis visited la____ in the home of her daughter and family Mr. and Mrs. Bobbie _____ of Amarillo.

Mr. and Mrs. Max Davis and Kathy spent Monday evening with Mr. and Mrs. Rex Davis.

Mr. and Mrs. John Newsum were business callers at Halstead _____..

Mr. and Mrs. Merlin Budy ______and Terry Max were Sunday and Sunday night visitors in the Morris Leslie home.

Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Biatz and son of Tulare, Calif., Mrs. bertha Fortson and son and Miss _____ Secrest of Los Angeles, Calif., MRs. Herb McDonald of Los Angeles and Will Fox and son of Rogers, Arkansas, are here with their mother Mrs. Lennie Secrest, who is a patietn in the Avla General hospital.

Those who ate Sunday dinner with Mr. and Mrs. W. E. McDermott were Mr. and Mrs. Fred Simons, Gerald and Graceva, Clarence McDermott, Ralph McDermott and Mrs. Hattie Burkholder. Afternoon callers were Mrs. Lewis Hiatt of Alva, Mrs. Du Bois of Fargo and Mr. and Mrs. Orville McDermottt, Leslie and Frances of Alva.

Mrs. Betty Hunt was a Tuesday evening supper guest of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Glasgow and Dana Dean.

Mr. and Mrs. Dean Murrow and Randy were Tuesday dinner guest of Mrs. Sam Riggs and Sammy Mac. Mrs. Dean Murrow and Mrs. Sam Riggs were shopping in Alva Tuesday afternoon.
Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Ging, Earlene and Tommy Lee of Blackwell spent from Monday until Wednesday with Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Murrow and Earl Dean and other relatives.

Those spending Tuesday evening with Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Murrow and Earl Dean were Mr. and Mrs. Ross Harbaugh, John Harbaugh and Mrs. Leota Shade all of Sullivan, Indiana; Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Ging, Earlene and Tommy Lee of Blackwell; Mr. and Mrs. L.
