San Antonio, May 15 -- Assisted by raw decisions and a two-bagger by McGill in the sixth inning with three men on bases, tied the score today. In the seventh inning Frickle replaced Thompson and a slugging feat began. Austin scoring five runs and setting a lead San Antonio could not hope to overcome.

In the seventh three men were on bases and Bradley hit a hot one to Frickle, which he could not hold, and scored Gill and Hutchcroft. Gordon followed with a safe hit, scoring Hartman, and Carter hit, scoring Bradley, and when the dust had cleared a way Austin had five runs.

Payne's umpiring was rotten, and he was roasted at the hands of the fans. He fined Page $5 for protesting.
