Plat
Fair Valley, Woods County, Oklahoma
State of Oklahoma, Woods County
Know all men by these presents:
That George R. Eden and Anna Eden, husband and wife. of Woods County,
Oklahoma owners of the following described real estate in Woods
County, State of Oklahoma, described as follows to wit:
Beginning on the east
line of Section 16 Twp. 26N Range 17 West IM 567 feet south of the
northeast corner of said section and running thence west 733 feet,
thence south 911.70/100 feet to the Right of Way of the B N W Ry
Co. thence in an Easterly direction along the north line of said
Right of Way to the intersection of the east line of said section
16 at a point 1564-40/100 feet south of the north east corner thereof,
thence north on the east line of said section 16 to point of beginning
and containing 15 acres more or less.
Hereby certify that they
have caused the same to be surveyed into Blocks, Lots, Streets,
Avenues and Alleys in conformity to the annexed plat, which they
hereby adopt, as the plat of the above described land under the
name of Fair Valley and do hereby dedicate, all of the streets,
avenues, and alleys shown upon said plat to Public use.

in and for said County and State on this 18th day of June 1919,
personally appeared George R. Eden and Mrs. Anna Eden husband and
wife, to me known to be the identical persons who executed the within
and foregoing instrument and each for themselves acknowledge--to
me that they executed the same as their free and voluntary act and
deed for the uses and purposes therein set forth.

SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE
I, J. H. Gilmore, a resident
of Woods County, State of Oklahoma, hereby certify that I am, by
profession a civil engineer, and that at the instance of George
R. Eden and Mrs. Anna Eden I made the above described survey, and
that the map or plat is a correct presentation of said lots and
blocks as surveyed ty me.
