Howdy!  We are going to start this section with a Pepper Jelly that my Mother used to make.  WHAT!   A Jelly made with Hot Peppers!  Give it a try and eat it with a cracker spread with cream cheese and the Pepper Jelly on top of the cream cheese! (hmmmmmm..........Good!)

Vada's Pepper Jelly

6 Cups sugar
1 1/2 Cup vinegar
1/4 Cup gound hot peppers
1 (6 oz.) bottle liquid pectin

Mix first three ingredients together and boil 4 minutes. Remove from heat and add liquid pectin. Stir well and pour into jars. Seal. Makes 4 pints. ----- Vada E. Paris-McGill
